The Lake of the Ozarks dot net is a venture created by Tonka Park. Started by Matt and Vanessa Anderson of Camdenton, a young married couple with 2 small children.
The Lake of the Ozarks website is here to bring you quality content and information about living, working and visiting the Lake of the Ozarks area. We moved to the lake area in 2009 and have since learned that it takes awhile to find out everything the lake has to offer. We want to share what we have learned and find new resources to share the great things at the Lake of the Ozarks.
Whether you are planning a Lake of the Ozarks vacation, considering a lake rental or lake condo, or if you are trying to find a new place to eat we hope to provide answers. Most the sites out there are static with no new content. Other sites provide few or no pictures that help you learn about the lake. And in some cases some sites are just not very helpful when planning a lake of the Ozarks vacation or trying to decide if you want to live at the lake.
We view ourselves as more of a magazine than a blog or newspaper. We will have recent news but not as recent as a site like LakeNewsOnline. And we won’t be a printed magazine like LOProfile or Lake Lifestyles. We will have high quality photos of most everything we write about. We will find locals to interview and get the low down on new lake of the Ozarks businesses and restaurants.
As the Lake of the Ozarks dot net website evolves we will try new things to bring more relevance to the lake. We hope you enjoy this new online resource for the Lake of the Ozarks.
